Returns & Refunds

Every KHTM piece is printed, checked and packed by hand before it leaves us. If something arrives wrong, we fix it. Please read this policy before you place an order.
1. Request window
You have 3 days from the date of delivery to raise a return or replacement request using the form on this page. Requests raised after 3 days cannot be accepted.
2. What we cover
- Damaged or defective items
- Misprinted designs
- Wrong product, design or size delivered (different from what you ordered)
To verify the claim, we need an unboxing video recorded in one take from the sealed package, and clear photos of the item, the issue, the tags and the shipping label. Send them to store.khtm@gmail.com with your order number in the subject line.
Once approved, you choose: a free replacement or a full refund.
3. What we can't accept
- Returns because of size or fit preference, a change of mind, or colour looking slightly different on screen. Every piece is quality-checked before dispatch, and our size charts are on each product page.
- Items that have been worn, washed, altered or used
- Items without their original tags and packaging
- Customised, personalised or made-to-order items
4. Need a different size?
We don't offer free size exchanges. If the size isn't right, request a reverse pickup for ₹100 using this form and place a new order for the size you need. The item must be unworn, unwashed and have all tags attached.
5. Replacements
Approved replacements are dispatched within 2 working days. If the item is out of stock, we issue a full refund instead.
6. Refunds
- Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of approval.
- Prepaid orders are refunded to the original payment method.
- Cash on Delivery orders are refunded by bank transfer or UPI only. We do not refund in cash.
- Shipping charges are refunded only when the error was ours.
